Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor platforms in real time and quickly handle and report urgent incidents.
Provide customer support through live chat and ticket systems, efficiently addressing user inquiries.
Handle various customer complaints, provide solutions, soothe customer emotions, and improve customer satisfaction.
Report user issues and suggestions to the team, follow up on problem resolutions, and track product optimization requests.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above.
Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
Strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented, and empathetic.
Willing to work in shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays (with replacement leaves for holiday).
Strong self-learning and summarization abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
