The Role
Join our growing team as a Customer Service Representative and provide excellent support to customers across the Asia Pacific region.
Provide good customer service and advice to customers through email and phone calls.
Daily processing of emails and calls within defined SLAs.
Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain quality and standards by following company guidelines and policies.
Skills & Experience Required
Excellent and highly effective verbal and written communication skills that will allow you to successfully interact with and manage customers in the China market.
Relevant work experience in a customer service or call center.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
