Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via eCommerce platforms
Resolve product-related issues efficiently with basic product knowledge
Handle warranty claims and coordinate with internal teams for resolutions
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive assistance
Compile customer feedback and issues to support process improvement
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or a related role
Good written communication skills mainly in English
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, or Shopify) is an advantage
Skills and Competencies:
Understand the company's products to assist customers effectively
Able to handle customer inquiries and warranty claims flexibly
Stay organized to prioritize tasks and resolve issues promptly
Show patience and empathy even in challenging situations
