Job Responsibilities:Responsible for handling telephone calls, enquiries, incoming and outgoing emails related to order management.
Responsible for managing orders administration.
Liaise and efficiently manage customers, dealers & agents.
Managing order transaction for customers.
Ensure proper filling and storage of Sales Orders and Correspondence in the system.
Ensure all system and manual delivery orders are confirmed.
Maintain good relationship with customers by providing professional service.
Comply with established processes and procedures.
Minimum Requirements and Qualification:Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related areas.
At least 2 years of customer service experience is required.
Knowledge of customer service procedures and systems.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
Multiple languages speaking ability is preferred.
