### Job Description

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated **Customer Service Representative** to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position plays a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with our clients and addressing their inquiries and concerns with energy and professionalism. Candidates must possess a strong customer service background, with at least four years of relevant experience, and embody our core values of leadership and inclusivity.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Engagement:** Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing thorough, accurate, and timely assistance regarding our services and products.

- **Problem Resolution:** Address and resolve customer complaints and issues by utilizing active listening and critical thinking skills to ensure client satisfaction.

- **Communication:** Maintain clear and professional communication with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Document and escalate issues when resolved and ensure follow-up actions are taken if necessary.

- **Information Management:** Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers and provide relevant recommendations based on their needs.

- **Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback is communicated, and strategic improvements are made based on insights gathered from customer interactions.

- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to customer service, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to ongoing service excellence initiatives.

- **Training & Mentorship:** Participate in training sessions to keep skills updated and engage in mentoring relationships with new team members, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.

### Requirements

**Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of four years of experience in customer service or a similar role.

**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support ticketing systems is an advantage.

**Personality Traits:**
