### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Customer Interaction**: Provide high-quality support to customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

- **Problem Resolution**: Identify customer issues and concerns, taking ownership of problems and delivering effective solutions in a timely manner while adhering to company policies.

- **Technical Support**: Assist customers with product-related inquiries and technical issues, drawing on product knowledge and consulting with other team members or departments as needed.

- **Feedback Implementation**: Collect, analyze, and relay customer feedback to appropriate departments, contributing to ongoing product and service improvements.

- **Order Processing**: Manage order entry and follow-up processes, including tracking shipments and processing returns or exchanges as necessary.

- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty through exceptional service and communication.

- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels related to customer orders, ensuring timely updates and reports to team leads on any shortages or issues.

- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and product teams to provide insights on customer needs and preferences, facilitating a seamless customer experience.

- **Training Participation**: Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and industry trends.

### **Requirements**

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields will be considered an asset.

- **Experience**: At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.

- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- **Personality Traits**:
- Confident in communication and decision-making abilities.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.

- **Soft Skills**:
- Innovative approach to customer service, able to propose and implement creative solutions.
