**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing comprehensive information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, service issues, and account management.

2. **Communication and Negotiation:**
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Engage in negotiation with customers to ensure resolutions are fair and satisfactory, aimed at retaining business.

3. **Data Entry and Documentation:**
- Accurately record customer interactions and transactions using the company's CRM software.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer issues, feedback, and resolutions.

4. **Product Knowledge:**
- Stay updated on Telekom Malaysia's current products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Provide support in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.

5. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members and other departments to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights on customer feedback and suggest improvements based on customer interactions.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Gather customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to management to enhance service offerings.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is an advantage.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or related field.
- **Skills:**
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations politely and professionally.
- Creative mindset with a problem-solving approach to customer inquiries and challenges.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Hardworking and reliable, with a strong work ethic and accountability.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- **Language Skills:** Proficient in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
