Job DescriptionResponsibility
The role of the Customer Success is to own and manage the customer experience of our clients. This includes proactively monitoring and managing the end-to-end service cycle in compliance with the company procedures, ensuring our services are best delivered to the customer.
Customer Success role involves overseeing the customer experience for clients by managing service cycles and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Address customer inquiries via different channels like calls, emails, and messages providing product and service information and resolving issues.
Engage with potential customers by answering questions, suggesting relevant products and services, and resolving any complaints.
Meet clients, understand their needs, and maintain strong customer relationship management.
Manage communication across various platforms and social media suggesting strategies for enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
Participate in additional projects such as marketing and analysis.
Job RequirementsStrong talent with a minimum of 1 year of working experience in the customer care/client servicing/business field (preferably).
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (Writing & Spoken).
Pleasant personality and attentiveness to listen to the customer's needs.
Able to work well in a team and build diverse collaborative relationships with others.
