Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding:Guide new SMEs customer through the onboarding process, welcome call, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Provide product orientation to help customers maximize the value of our offeringsAccount Management:Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and address them promptly
Encourage satisfied customers on other promotional activities and event invitation on monthly basis
Develop a deep understanding of our products or services and stay updated with customers on new features and enhancementRetention:Work towards customer retention and upsell opportunities by understanding customer goals and aligning our solutions with their objectives
Site visit to client's office is requiredRequirements:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree holder in related field
Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status
Must possess own transport
Strong listening, communication, and written skills
Strong attention to detail is also needed to ensure that clients obtain their desired results.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
