Support the Team:Keep our customer database organized and up to date.
Customer Communications:Help draft emails and reply to customer questions via chat.
Onboarding Clients:Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring their details are correct.
Build Relationships:Work with customers to understand their needs and guide them through our platform.
Learn & Grow:Attend industry events (if any) and coordinate with the team on exciting campaigns.
Problem Solving:Help resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.

Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration / Management / International Business or any relevant major(s).
Meticulous attention to detail and is always conscientious with everything that you do.
Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work in different cultural environments.
Strong project management and communications skills.
Able to write with clarity and comprehensively.
Well-versed with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
