### Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad, the world's largest manufacturer of gloves, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Success Manager to join our remote team. This position is ideal for an individual with extensive experience in customer success and account management who is looking to make a meaningful impact on customer relationships and overall satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving customer success initiatives, ensuring that our clients achieve their desired outcomes while experiencing our products and services.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Regularly communicate with customers to identify opportunities to enhance their experience with our products.

- **Onboarding and Training:**
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are set up for success with our products.
- Conduct training sessions and webinars for clients to promote product usage and best practices.

- **Performance Monitoring:**
- Monitor customer health metrics and engagement data to identify areas for improvement and success.
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to discuss performance and progress against goals and objectives.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns, ensuring prompt resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to improve the customer experience.

- **Feedback and Improvement:**
- Collect customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements.
- Advocate on behalf of the customer to ensure their voices are heard within the organization.

- **Reporting and Analytics:**
- Develop and present regular reports on customer health and engagement to management.
- Utilize data analytics to inform strategies for improving customer satisfaction and success.

- **Community Engagement:**
- Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives, representing the company in community engagement efforts to enhance brand reputation.

### Requirements:

- **Education and Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field, preferably in the manufacturing or healthcare sector.

- **Skills:**
- Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations based on insights.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Adaptable; able to navigate changing priorities and work environments while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Dedicated, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service and a passion for helping clients succeed.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Experience with CRM software and customer support tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other project management tools.
