Customer Success (Mandarin Speaker)

Details of the offer

Responsibles:

1.
Assist customers in resolving inquiries through various channels (phone, WhatsApp, social media, tickets, and live chat).
2.
Monitor shipments for timely delivery.
3.
Communicate with internal and external parties about customer deliveries.
4.
Collaborate with the customer relationship team for personalized responses, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
5.
Ensure smooth communication with customers by working with different teams.
6.
Guide new customers through product and service training.
7.
Manage customer accounts by promptly addressing issues and staying updated on service updates.
8.
Retain customers and explore upsell opportunities through alternative business solutions.

Requirements:

1.
Candidate must possess at least in Diploma in Logistic/Supplier Chain or any related field.
2.
Fresh graduate or with min 1 year of working experience in the same field are welcome to apply (Logistics / Supply Chain/ Transportation/Customer Service/Customer Success/ Sales/ Tele-sales).
3.
Can read and write in Mandarin and English are mandatory.
4.
Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all level.
5.
Strong data analytical skills and ability to show effective leadership to solve problems and set priorities.
6.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
7.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office tools / Google Sheets /other applications
