### Job Description

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a dynamic and motivated **Customer Success Representative** to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote role is ideal for individuals who are resourceful, passionate, and eager to create meaningful relationships with our valued customers. As a member of our Customer Success team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication, support, and collaboration.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Engagement:** Proactively engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) to understand their needs, provide insights, and ensure they are maximizing their use of our products and services.

- **Issue Resolution:** Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, utilizing problem-solving skills to address and resolve concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.

- **Customer Onboarding:** Guide new customers through the onboarding process, providing training and resources to ensure successful implementation and usage of our offerings.

- **Feedback Gathering:** Continuously solicit and document customer feedback to inform product and service improvements, delivering insights back to the product team for further enhancement.

- **Relationship Development:** Build strong relationships with customers by regularly checking in and being proactive about their success, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on their needs.

- **Reporting & Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and progress toward goals in our CRM system, providing regular updates to the Customer Success team and management.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to promote customer engagement strategies and ensure a unified approach to customer success.

- **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and suggestions for improving customer satisfaction and overall service delivery.

### Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or customer success roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and providing tailored solutions to customer needs.
- Resourceful mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Passionate about customer success and committed to achieving excellence in every interaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in digital communication tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customer success metrics and key performance indicators is a plus.
