**Job Description**:

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance through various communication channels. **Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Customer Interaction**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.

2. **Issue Resolution**:
- Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, facilitating resolution in a timely manner.

3. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on customer feedback, common issues, and service-related metrics.
- Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles for improved self-service options.

4. **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.

5. **Customer Education**:
- Provide guidance to customers on product features and company policies.
- Encourage customers to utilize available resources and services for a better experience.

6. **Time Management**:
- Manage individual workload effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
- Prioritize tasks based on customer needs and company priorities.

7. **Adherence to Company Policies**:
- Follow all company protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance and quality service.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and customer support tools. Familiarity with healthcare-related services is an advantage.
