Customer Support Associate

Details of the offer

Job ResponsibilityMinimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
Sales driven with excellent track record
Experience in B2B Inside Sales preferred
Experience in serviced office, service apartments or sales related industry is an advantage
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Job RequirementsRespond to sales enquiry or request in a timely manner
Develop relationship with potential clients by following up on inbound leads and making outbound emails/calls
Design and implement customer renewals/retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business
Experience in Salesforce or any Customer Relation Management System
Track leads and associated revenue, maintain and update sales database
Present excellent knowledge in our products and services to prospective clients
Be involved in developing and analyzing data to improve sales strategy and process
Work efficiently and effectively on all Key Performance Indicators in line with company procedures and guidelines
Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Job BenefitsRemunerations package:Basic: RM3000 - RM4000
Performance allowance: RM500
Attendance allowance: RM100
Medical & hospitalization covered
EPF, SOCSO and EIS covered
Working Hours9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Off day: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
Working location:Level 17, Menara Tokio Marine Life, No 189 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur.
