### Job Description

MISC Berhad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Customer Support Associate** to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to our customers.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and resolve customer problems by investigating and troubleshooting issues. Act as an advocate for the customer while effectively managing expectations.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of MISC Berhad's products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- **Documentation:** Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed notes in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Feedback Handling:** Gather and document customer feedback, providing insights to management that will help improve service and product offerings.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including sales and technical support, to facilitate seamless communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement:** Contribute ideas for improving customer service policies and procedures, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Training & Development:** Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product updates, service improvements, and industry trends.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- **Adaptability:** Quickly adapt to changes in processes, systems, and customer needs to maintain a high level of service.

### Requirements

**Education & Experience:**

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support role or similar position.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.

**Technical Skills:**

- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

**Personality Traits:**

- Energetic: Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.
- Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adjust to changing circumstances and customer needs.
