Customer Support Executive - Subang Jaya

Job Opportunity – Administrative Insurance Company (Subang Jaya) On behalf of our client, a well-established administrative insurance company located in Subang Jaya, we are currently seeking candidates for an administrative/ Customer Service position.
Responsibilities Interact and communicate with clients and hospitals regarding claims investigations.
Ensure all cold calls are recorded accurately and maintained for reference.
Requirements Requirements: Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience, preferably in customer support or claims-related roles.
Willingness to work on a project basis.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
