Customer Support Specialist (6-Months Contract Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:Utilize Zendesk software to track, manage, and resolve customer issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and implement solutions.
Provide regular feedback to the team and contribute to process improvements.
Manage and resolve customer disputes, particularly charge disputes.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
We expect from you:
Work on Site
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer success or customer support role.
Must be able to write inMandarin for customers.
Proficiency in using Zendesk software.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage disputes effectively.
Grammatically correct in written and verbal both English and Mandarin.
This position is on six (6) months contract.
