Special Projects:Collaborate on initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience and improving the operational efficiency of the Customer Experience team.
Administrative Support:Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Data Management:Keep detailed records of inquiries, feedback, and actions taken, ensuring all information is organized and up-to-date.
Team Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a unified approach to customer care.
Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
