Job Responsibilities:
Collect and reconcile transaction data to maintain accurate financial records.
Monitor and oversee financial asset trading activities for compliance and accuracy.
Ensure the consistency and correctness of account and financial information.
Verify transaction data to uphold data integrity and precision.
Develop and refine reports in Excel, optimizing formats for efficient daily data analysis.
Identify and address anomalies in orders promptly during duty hours.
Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve accounting and data discrepancies effectively.
Support additional data and finance-related tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements:
Proficient in Excel, with expertise in Pivot Tables, formulas, and advanced functionalities.
Experience in data statistics and analysis.
Proficiency in Power BI is an advantage.
Open to flexible working hours.
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese as need to liaise with China counterpart.
