Job Description:- Prepare Work Permit for Vendor / Engineers access to TR/CR
- Weekend Greenzone Change activity support (Sunday - IPC 100% Turret Testing)
- TR / CR - Physical device/rack inventory
- Media/HDD - Quarterly/Annual Recon
- Physical Scanning & recon in system
- Physical checking for alerts
- Escalation to local L2
- Coordination with GCC
- Coordination with TELCO
- Onsite Escort Vendor for their device checking/troubleshoot
- Activate LAN port
- Checking & troubleshoot LAN cable at switch level for network issue for users' PC connections
- Site support at branches for checking/escort vendor/install/decom/ Telco Maintenance activity
- Update &/or close relevant tickets
- Smarthands Daily Health Checks
- Update all weekday/weekend change activity in Excel file for weekly review & resources assignment
- To raise incidents including impacted devices to GCC for pre/post device availability status
- Start Service
- Monitor file transfer to/from vendor
- Monitor incoming file transfer from host
- Health check update for RDC task
- Tape Librarian DutyProjects Support:Jabber Phone collections & Scanning & updates
Analog router Rack & Stack
Physical Install / Decom devices & Checklist
Citi Relocation - KLCP 1/2
UPlink Migration - Old Core to New Core
CPX Switch migration
Network EOVS
