Defect Supervisor

To handle defect complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Monitor defect complaints aging throughout the Defect Liability Period (DLP) using the provided Application/System.
Liaise and coordinate with relevant departments, subcontractors or related parties to rectify defects and take follow up actions in a timely manner.
To ensure proper documentation for all defect works.
Handle and checks on general administration works and update necessary records.
To prepare defect report by weekly basis for management review.
Provide support to the ISO Quality Management System (QMS) implementation for its effectiveness.
Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.
Requirements:
At least Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience in similar position or related field.
Based at Johor Bahru.
