What are you accountable for?
RFI/ RFP/ RFQ and RFT
Responsible to participate, review and provide feedback for SD&O related sections
Perform joint review with Solution Planning and provide high level delivery timeline and implementation plan against proposed solution.
Identify and highlight SD&O key risks and mitigation plan for Deal Review and Pricing Form
Respond to SD&O Risk questions in Deal Review Risk Register document.
Provide mitigation responses and update throughout opportunity stages and service delivery.
Perform contract proposal assessment, provide response for SD&O Project Delivery and Operations SLA T&C
Champion Scope of Work (SoW) document preparation and signoff for handover from Pre-Sales to SD&O Project Delivery Management
Participate in MSA / Contract preparation to ensure smooth transition from Pre-Sales to SD&O Project Delivery and Operations
Professional Services Planning and CostingDevelop and define cost structure and billable rate cards for all SD&O Professional Services
Prepare, maintain and manage SD&O Service Capability scope, resource and cost estimation
Prepare and maintain records for trend analysis and reportingProject Management & OperationsEnsure all project entry documentations are available in SDFC (Sales Force CRM)
Perform review of Pre-Sales Risk Registers and actual project Risk Register.
Provide analysis reporting.
Perform review of Project Management's Change Requests analysis for improvement input to scoping and costing preparations
Participate in business escalation and technical discussion, to address project and operation concerns, where required.SD&O Unit, Enterprise and other Business Organization Weekly/ Bi-weekly/ Monthly Interlock alignment:
Participate in weekly and/or monthly governance meeting between SD&O Unit to obtain feedbacks for SD&O Service Capability and Planning improvements
Participate in bi-weekly/ monthly governance meeting between SD&O and other Enterprise Unit/ Business Organization on feedback and drive improvements
Service Delivery & Operations (SD&O) Quarterly / Annual Operations task
Identify, response and manage Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Register.
Identify, response and manage AOP CAPEX and OPEX Planning and Budget spending
Manage SD&O AOP Key Initiatives and Interlock session with other Business Units
Manage and participate in Internal and External Audit reviews and follow up on actions
Manage ISMS ISO 27001 Certification activities, review and ensure compliance
Review SDFC Opportunities and perform Project Management and PMO Resources capability planning
What do you need for the role?
Sound commercial understanding, P&L and risk management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrate exposure to contracts and an understanding of basic contract language
Providing proven leadership and management experience
Possessing experience interacting with executive-level staff
