Manage patient appointments, records, and billing processes.
Ensure that infection control procedures are carried out, including sterilization and sterilization of instruments.
Provide oral hygiene guidance and post-operative care advice to patients.
Answers patient questions and provides excellent customer service.
Supports the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
The Profile Job Requirements: Must be proficient in Mandarin in order to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients.
Diploma in Dental Nursing/Assistant is preferred.
Good interpersonal communication skills and team spirit.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to participate in ongoing training and development projects.
