Scope of Works: Technical Service Task transfer for daily inspection from executive A to new executive replacing Executive D. Task transfer for RBI roles, support noncore roles currently held by executive B to RBI Engineer.
Task transfer of Planner role from TTS to New planner (third-party).
Additionally, do inspection personnel to ensure Plant 1 and Plant 2 has equal number of DI and workload.
To hire additional executive (third party) to replace executive RTT after his tenure has expired.
Fire Safety Look into corrective action of firefighting equipment defects Update firefighting defects database and its status Managing SCE (all firefighting equipment) preventive maintenance Plan for troubleshooting or repair work (daily and weekly) Prepare PTW for the planned job.
Lead the team to execute the job as per schedule Request PA contractors to come for job execution (if required).
Call and through SAP Business Criticality/Productivity The fire tech planner will act as focal to oversight overall fire fighting equipment maintenance and ensure the planned job is executed as per schedule as well as consistency of maintenance plan and task loading across all shifts Firefighting equipment is identified as Safety Critical Equipment which is very crucial during emergency where the condition of these equipment must be maintained as functioning at all time.
Able to focus on maintenance plan to minimize the defect of FFE, for e.g.
frequently faulty fire alarm trigger where this has been made complacent to every staff for not feeling urgency in react upon fire alarm Improvement for planning and scheduling process, procedures and tools.
Requirements: Has minimum five (5) years and above experience in any technical/non-technical field, subject to COMPANY requirement Ability to prepare, produce report, advise for any technical/non-technical.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, SAP ECC6 etc.  Excellent interpret drawing/sketch/diagram and excellent in managing time.  Degree or Diploma in relevant field
