Redstone Commodity Search are excited to be retained by a dynamic and rapidly expanding bunker trading company on the search for a deputy CEO to lead a major pivot from back-to-back bunker trading into physical supply. Our client has strong financial backing and extensive, under-utilized credit facilities.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks As the Deputy CEO, you will play a crucial role in leading the company's evolution into a physical supply powerhouse while maintaining the strong B2B trading foundation. Oversee and coordinate global offices whilst developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for the company's transition to physical supply. Ensuring seamless integration and execution of the physical supply strategy without a drop in b2b bunker volumes. Develop and implement robust operational processes and systems to support the physical supply business. Inspire and mentor the leadership team across global offices, fostering a high-performance culture. Key Qualifications / Experience Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the bunker trading or physical supply industry, with a deep understanding of the market dynamics. Demonstrated success in leading business transformations and achieving significant growth. Strong leadership and team development skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture in a global setting. Excellent financial acumen and experience in managing large-scale credit facilities and financial planning. Role is based in Dubai.
