Deputy Contracts Manager

Job Summary Carry out efficiently and within the time given, the duties and responsibilities assigned to whether in writing or verbally by the Director/Team Leader from time to time. Pre-contract Works i.e measurement for cost estimates/BQ, preparation of cost estimates, Bill of Quantities, pre-tender estimate, tender documents, tender report, pricing and attending client consultant meeting Post-contract Works i.e attending site meeting, preparation of interim valuation, measurement, preparation and negotiation on variation orders, preparation of contract document and preparation of final account. Under limited supervision, normally receives little instruction on routine work and general instructions on new assignments. Works on problems of diverse scope Minimum Requirements More than 8 years of experience in a similar function Prior experience in the construction industry will be ideal Fluent in English, Malay and Mandarin (speaking and writing) Preferred Qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying What we offer We will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
