Minimum RequirementsMinimum 5 years of working experience; added advantage for those from the automotive industry.
Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Possess a minimum of a diploma or equivalent.
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesSupport the business division on day-to-day Human Resource operations including recruitment, training & development, performance management, industrial relations, and employee relations.
Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview & selection.
Prepare salary proposals, Letters of Employment, and provide onboarding support to new joiners.
Compile and analyze staff attendance records for disciplinary issues.
Coordinate staff probationary/confirmation reviews and conduct exit interviews.
Coordinate Annual Review submissions from respective branches for approval.
Handle staff grievances, employee engagement activities, and industrial relations matters, including workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Provide HR data and reports as required for ISO audits, compliance, and regulatory requests.
