Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Near Pavillion KL Work Mode: Hybrid Contract Duration: 12 months, possibility for extension subject to performance Salary Range: RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 Job Scope: -Source, screen, interview and place candidates for various roles for the coffee shop, including baristas, service crew and support staff.
-Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and retain.
-Achieve a target of 10 to 15 successful placements per month.
-Showcase the company's culture and values to attract like-minded professionals.
-Facilitate the onboarding process and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
-Maintain accurate records and provide recruitment metrics and reports to management.

-At least 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition in related to the FandB or coffee industry.
-Familiarity with roles specific to the coffee industry, such as baristas, service crew and support staff.

-Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
-High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.
