Design Cum Bim Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 2D and 3D models for construction projects, including architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components, using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to produce accurate, high-quality designs that align with project requirements and specifications.Create construction drawings and design documentation that detail all aspects of the building or infrastructure project.Coordinate BIM models with different trades to detect and resolve clashes between architectural, structural, and MEP elements.Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings with multidisciplinary teams to review models, ensure design consistency, and resolve design issues.Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and maintain organized BIM models for project access and updates.Coordinate with various teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.Facilitate information exchange and communication between stakeholders using BIM platforms.Integrate models from different disciplines to create a cohesive, centralized model.
