Job Responsibilities:
Develop creative and functional house designs based on client requirements, budget, and land specifications.
Create architectural plans, layouts, and detailed drawings using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
Collaboration with Clients and Team:
Meet with clients to understand their vision and present proposed designs for feedback.
Collaborate with the project team, including engineers and supervisors, to ensure designs are practical and align with construction capabilities.
Compliance and Approvals:
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Assist in preparing and submitting documentation for project approvals and permits.
Project Monitoring:
Provide design-related support throughout the project, including revisions or updates as required.
Attend site visits to ensure construction aligns with the approved design plan.
Innovation and Optimization:
Recommend innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable design solutions.
Continuously research new materials, design trends, and construction methods to enhance project outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
Educational Background:Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar tools).
Basic understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
Experience:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in architectural or construction design planning.
Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply.
