Overview We seek a motivated Digital and Customer Experience Executive to join our team. This role is instrumental in designing and executing digital channel strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure a cohesive and seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints. 
Responsibilities:  ? Strategy Development : Craft and execute comprehensive digital customer experience strategies that align with our brand values and business goals. 
? Customer Feedback Analysis: Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback across digital platforms to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement. 
? Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, IT, and product development teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. 
? Technology Implementation: Research, recommend, and implement new digital technologies and tools to improve the customer journey and experience. 
? Market and Competitor Insights: Monitor competitor digital strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement. 
? Regulatory and Best Practice Compliance: Ensure digital customer experience initiatives comply with industry regulations and reflect best practices. 
? Performance Management: Assist in the performance reviews of initiatives related to digital customer experience, setting benchmarks and goals for continuous improvement.
 
Qualifications:  ? STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 
? Minimum 0-1 year of experience in customer experience, e-commerce, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
? Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends influencing customer behavior. 
? Excellent analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
? Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 
? Creativity and innovation in developing customer experience solutions.
