Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, possess strong analytical skills, and have excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using various analytics tools
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute email marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Assist in the creation of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms
- Provide support for other marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1 year of experience in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
