Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at S P Setia Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engine marketing
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and online advertising
- Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on digital platforms
- Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to problem-solve and think creatively
- Adaptable and motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
- Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms
