Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is currently seeking a confident and dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Analyze data and metrics to track the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for digital channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives

Requirements:
- Confident and dedicated individual with a passion for digital marketing
- Strong planning and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
