### **Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Management:**
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, text) across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers in a timely manner to enhance community interactions.
- Analyze social media metrics to evaluate performance and generate weekly and monthly reports.
- **Content Creation & Strategy:**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement innovative content strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Write compelling copy for online platforms, including websites, blogs, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and adheres to best practices.
- **Campaign Management:**
- Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (PPC, email, social media, etc.).
- Support the planning and execution of promotional activities, events, and partnerships to boost visibility and brand loyalty.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- **Market Research & Analysis:**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize analytics tools to interpret data and provide actionable insights on consumer behavior and preferences.
- **Collaboration & Team Support:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and product development to ensure unified marketing efforts.
- Attend team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance marketing initiatives.
### **Requirements**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc.).
- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media best practices.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly motivated and passionate about digital marketing and emerging trends.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong decision-making skills coupled with creativity and an innovative mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
