As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will support the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement across multiple channels. You will collaborate with various teams to implement marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize digital content. **Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to email marketing, social media, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insightful reports to help optimize future efforts.
- Create and schedule compelling content across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Support the management of social media accounts, including responding to inquiries, engaging with followers, and maintaining brand voice.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information for campaign development and execution.
- Help in the organization and execution of webinars, online events, and promotional activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions to drive creative marketing initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (recent graduates or individuals with relevant experience are encouraged to apply).
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, internships or relevant projects will be considered.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management software, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
