Create MarketingPlans: Develop strategies to attract candidates forF&B, logistics, and retailjobs.ContentCreation: Write posts for our website, social media,and emails to engage jobseekers.Manage SocialMedia: Grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, andInstagram.RunAds: Create and manage online advertisingcampaigns.EmailCampaigns: Design email newsletters to informcandidates about jobopenings.AnalyzeResults: Track and report on the success ofmarketing efforts.Work withTeams: Collaborate with recruitment consultants tounderstand hiringneeds.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relatedfield.Experience in digital marketing,especially in recruitment or relevantindustries.Knowledge of social media, SEO, andonline advertising.Good communicationskills.Creative and able to work well in ateam.
