Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our team of Account Managers and Content Creators in a fast-paced digital agency environment. 
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful marketing strategies, managing multi-channel campaigns, and delivering measurable results. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep digital marketing knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster innovation and creativity within the team.




-Strategies Planner:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for clients to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor industry trends for client benefit.
- Plan multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for clients across digital platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results for clients.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI for clients
- Track and report on financial performance, making recommendations for budget adjustments as needed.



-Team Management:
- Oversee the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

; Requirements:- Qualifications:



-Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including XHS, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.


-Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a digital agency.


-Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.


-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


-Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make strategic decisions.


-Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
