What Will You Accomplish with Us? Enhance the company brand presence and drive lead generations by optimizing digital marketing channels and ad materials across Search Display, Mobile and Social platforms. Identify and propose new paid media opportunities, while refining and scaling existing performance marketing strategies to meet evolving business goals.Help manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and email marketing efforts to engage our audience and promote our brand effectively.Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, video and blog posts that reflect our brand voice and resonate with our target audience. Monitor campaign performance and assist in optimizing campaigns by tracking key metrics such as engagement rates, traffic, and conversion rates to improve results.Calculate accurate marketing budgets for each campaign, analyze results and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Keep up-to-date with the latest latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance the company online presence.Assist in keyword research and bid management to ensure optimal ad placements and contribute to campaign success.Plan, execute, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns to increase paid search traffic and drive conversion goals. Participate in dynamic team meetings, where you'll prepare, present and recommend SEO strategies through insightful performance reports. Assist with ad hoc tasks and provide general support to the performance marketing team. Who We Seek Proven experience in digital marketing or SEO, with a focus on performance marketing strategies.Experience in SEO, SEM tools, analytics, and search engines platforms. Skills in optimizing paid campaigns and driving performance marketing outcomes.Strong knowledge of SEO best practices. Experience in strategizing and optimizing campaigns ads. Effective communication and teamwork abilities .Excellent command of spoken and written English. Relevant certification in SEO or digital marketing is an added advantage.
