The Digital Marketer is responsible for working within the Marketing team to ensure that all client accounts managed by him/her have a robust eCommerce strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business and expectations of the client and Orius.
-Plan, design and execute digital campaigns in multiple channels like Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, YT, Email Marketing Automation
-Marketing budget management
-Work and ideate with other departments (Creatives, Strategy) to explore various methods to grow client's eCommerce stores.
-Analyze digital data and metrics to draw key recommendations towards result optimization
-Manage and maintain digital dashboards of several different accounts.
-Conduct digital audits to ensure practices being used are optimized towards growing key metrics.
-Work with the sales team to create marketing campaigns.
-Ensure reporting of all projects is submitted in a timely manner: with clear contents, a neat format, and transparency in works done.?
-Help in driving business development and pitches.
-Work with team members in developing strategic approaches for proposals, covering aspects such as campaign planning, communication, and media buy recommendations.
-Understanding client needs, requirements, and project constraints (schedule/scope/resources) and interpreting them for the internal teams.
-Ongoing client guidance to ensure their increased understanding of digital strategies, processes, and workflows. Including the overall Orius Digital approach.

; Requirements:-
-Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience preferably in an agency environment.
-Experience and Practiced working knowledge on Google Ads (SEM, GDN and YT), Facebook Ads. Instagram Ads, Email Marketing, Email Marketing and Tiktok Ads.
-Understanding DTC brands marketing and eCommerce strategies.
-Advanced knowledge and proven experience in planning and executing SEM, Display, YT, and Paid Social Campaigns.
-Ability to segment audiences and build campaigns to reach customers at various stages of the conversion funnel.
-Ability to work both independently and in a team
