Job Responsibilities:Monitoring and Boosting Distributor's Sales (Reordering High Moving Sales Products; Critical Think Resolution for boosting sales for middle/ slow-moving sales items)
Managing Distributor's Data & Information – Distributor's Inventory (Monitoring Safety Stock Level, Stock-In & Stock Out, Stock Movement in the Warehouse), Distributor's Campaigns Filling and Verification.
Generating Relevant Sales Report from SQL System, to make analysis and making relevant memo
Execute and keep track with Key Distributors for strategy planning & implementation / feedback/ comment/ market trend
Regular visit outlets to check market status, stock status, liaise with respective outlet in-charge for re-ordering and distributor for product distribution status
Managing merchandising status and promoter team (that only allocated to specific outlets)
Debt Reminding, Debt Collection, Handling Sales Return Matter from Key Distributors
Plan, Create and Monitor on Marketing Campaign (POSM, Promoting, Merchandising) that liaise with Key Distributors
Reporting to Superior to present performance as timely basis
Interim Work that assigned by Superior
Requirement:
Require travel to HQ Office (Johor Bahru) for reporting purpose (Twice a month Average)
FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) - Food Products Industry Experience is required.
Excellent Communication skills with a vibrant and interactive personality.
Strong Follow Up Skills, and Good Public Relation Skills is Required, to maintain Key Distributors Relation.
Good Negotiation skills and able to provide excellent customer experience.
Strong Analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
Excellent Time management and organizational skills in order to prioritize various job demands.
Highly self-driven, Positive Attitude
Compensation and Benefits:Special Remark:
Basic Salary (RM7000 ~ RM9000) + Additional Target Incentive Base Scheme (RM1000 – RM3000 or even above) (when the monthly sales figure of the key distributor is beyond the expected average monthly sales)
Monthly Allowances:
Petrol Claim by Bills (Avg: Monthly Standard RM700)
Entertainment Expenses (RM500 Providing Receipt and Remark Customer & Details)
