Draftsman Interior Design

Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawing.Creating detailed drawings and plans for interior structures, detail working drawings, and furniture detail drawings.Reviewing and revising drawings based on sales department feedback or other specifications.Collaborating with sales designer, visual designer and other relevant parties to understand project requirements and ensure accuracy.Generate renovation / method of construct documents, including specifications, schedules and materials lists.Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all aspects of the design are properly coordinated.Prepare and maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.  What do you need to have to be successful in this role? Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.Proficiency in AutoCAD software.Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines.Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidates who are fluent in mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with mandarin speaking clients.At least 3 Year(s) of relevant working experience in interior design industry.Posses with own transport.Open to candidates of all genders
