The DTP Specialist will be responsible for preparing and finalizing artwork for print production, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. This role requires close collaboration with our Design and Client Serving teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare, format, and finalize design files for print, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
-Perform pre-press checks and adjustments, including layout modifications, color correction, and file troubleshooting.
-Collaborate with Designers to ensure that creative concepts are translated effectively into production-ready files.
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
-Stay updated on industry best practices, software updates, and printing techniques to continuously improve workflow and output quality.

-Proven experience as a DTP Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the marketing or print industry.
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
-Strong understanding of pre-press processes, printing techniques, and file preparation for various print formats.
-Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot and correct errors in layouts and design files.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
