E Commerce Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance)

E Commerce Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance)Understand site structure & customer journey in both Online Store, Employee Purchase Portal (EPP) and marketplaces (eg.
Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
Understand of promotion running daily/weekly/monthly basis by aligning with onsite operation team.
Run end to end full cycle Quality Control testing in frontend site in both Online Store and EPP including promo code, ensuring promotions are working as expected till payment & order placing.
Monitor banners, components, product images, CTA links, page loading etc on frontend in both E store and EPP and report to online team.
Monitor price on each site including discount price & special price.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess diploma/degree in information technology.
Minimum 3 yearsworking experience on Online Stores or marketplaces.
Prefer candidates with working experience related to eCommerce industry.
Must be detail-oriented, good at follow-up, and possess strong communication skills.
Understanding of customer journey and experience in UI/UX will be a plus point.
Ability to write test scripts for automation testing is a plus.
Candidate must be willing to work at KL Eco City, fully in office.
