About the RoleThe e-Vigilation Supervisor is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the University's eExams. This role encompasses a variety of tasks related to maintaining the integrity of online exam delivery, online supervision of students attempting eExams, and providing tier-one technical support as required.
The e-Vigilation Supervisor is the primary point of contact for students during their examinations and is expected to offer timely professional advice and first-level technical support, ensuring a smooth and efficient e-Exam experience.
