Handle E-Commerce platform's order and inquiries from all the online portals. (In-House Website, Email order, Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok & etc)Work with sales & operation team to ensure pricing, product stock balance are up to date. Regularly review information database for accuracy and completeness.Product packing and shipping arrangement.Perform general administrative such as filing, controlling documents, timely administrative reporting, manage inventories and checking inwards and outwards stocksAttend to calls, chats and email from customers.Work on social media marketing.Others related admin duties. Job Requirements: Experience in SiteGiant software to manage online shopsExperience in shopee, lazada, tiktok shops
