Responsibilities:
Finalize applications and provide excellent counselling services to students while establishing good relationships with clients to ensure smooth conversion.
Key Performance Areas
Customer Service/Business Acumen:
Provide counselling services and information on UK & Ireland education to students and parents.
Deliver accurate, efficient, and quality service that exceeds customer expectations.
Handle student queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure client satisfaction.
Quality of Work:
Develop and maintain a cut-off score file and ensure it's updated regularly.
Ensure accuracy of information and maintain a good student database for follow-ups.
Reduce complaints and increase conversions.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Possess competent knowledge of UK & Ireland education, culture, lifestyle, and migration rules.
Take ownership of problems and seek timely solutions.
Team Work:
Collaborate with team members to achieve set targets in student services.
Communication:
Exhibit good communication skills to liaise with students and client institutions.
Regularly update the Student Services Manager on work outcomes and recommendations.
Organization & Planning:
Provide informative reports and feedback on marketing activities to management.
Requirements:
Knowledge of the UK & Ireland, and local education system.
A Bachelor's or higher degree in any discipline (or equivalent work experience).
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
Teamwork skills and ability to operate effectively within a team.
