Job Descriptions: Ensuring all machinery and equipment are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of operation. Plan, implement and maintain effective Machine & Equipment maintenance and support services to Production Department in accordance with Company and other regulatory requirements. Operate an effective system of recording. Analysis and monitoring of reported defects, breakdowns on equipment, facilities and other incidents to enable appropriate decisions or actions to be taken to minimise productivity shut down. Provide prompt response to inquiries or request whenever there is a breakdown, and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Continuously support and assist technicians during machinery and equipment breakdowns and repairs in order to maintain efficiencies, capability and productivity. Develop maintenance knowledge and experience by showing leadership abilities to the subordinates. Provides input to a Risk Management Plan that will anticipate reliability-related, and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operation. Lead and perform schedule audit or random audit on the PM & TPM task which was perform by maintenance technician and production team. Develop or support to create work flow and SOP for execution team and support reliability team. Ensure schedule work order and preventive maintenance schedules have appropriate resources allocated and completed in accordance with the appropriate priority to maintain the quantity and quality of production. Recommend replacement for old or faulty machinery and equipment components to the management in order to achieve continuous and effective operation. Applies value analysis to repair/replace, repair/redesign, and make/buy decisions. Ensuring the availability of the tools and spare parts to support breakdowns and maintenance tasks. Inspect machinery and equipment installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design, equipment specifications and safety standards. Work closely with all others section and department included Reliability, Facility, Production, Purchasing, QA and other related departments on machinery and equipment conditions and efficiencies. Requirement : Degree / Master in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related filed.
