Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of benefit programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to enhance service offerings and drive business growth.
Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to innovate and improve benefit program offerings.
RequirementsWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 - 8 years of working experience within the Malaysian insurance industry doing business development, managing and training team members/agents/brokers on Employee Benefits products
In-depth knowledge of employee benefit regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
Have interest in using technology to build unique propositions for the Malaysian market, and improve insurance process efficiencies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
